Grill White Fish with Fatoosh

koleksi Healthy Diet Meal...


bahan-bahan:
1 keping white fish fillet
1 keping pita bread
1 btg timun dipotong bite size
1 biji tomato dipotong bite size
3 biji reddish dipotong nipis
1 btg carrot dipotong bite size
2 sudu besar lemon juice
sedikit olive oil
sedikit garam
sedikit black pepper
sedikit sumac powder

cara-cara:
marinate white fish fillet bersama garam dan black pepper.
panaskan frying pan, masukkan olive oil dan masukkan fish fillet.
2 minutes each side and pop into the preheat oven for 5-10minute.
cut the pita bread into bite size dan goreng hingga keperangan.
campurkan olive oli, lemon juice dan sedikit garam.
gaul bersama timun, tomato, reddish dan carrot.
taburkan sumac powder dan pita bread yg telah digoreng.
