Braising Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Steam Asparagus & Cherry Tomatoes

koleksi CCD Healthy Meal...


bahan-bahan:
1 slice of braising steak
marinate with black pepper and salt for 30minutes to 1hr
1 pack of button mushroom
1 pack of baby asparagus
1 pack mix cherry tomatoes
sedikit butter
sedikit fresh milk
sedikit all purpose flour
sedikit garam

cara-cara:
grill the steak each side for 2minutes then pop into oven (terpulang pada citarasa masing-masing)
panaskan kuali dan masukkan butter.
masukkan button mushroom yang telah dihiris nipis.
masak hingga mushroom layu.
masukkan tepung dan kacau seketika hingga tepung masak.
masukkan fresh milk dan kacau rata.
masukkan sedikit garam.
 

Spicy Chicken Olio with Fresh Salad

bahan-bahan:
100gm spaghetti direbus
1 keping chicken breast dipotong kecil
3 ulas bawang putih dipotong dadu
sedikit chili crush
sedikit garam
salad mengikut selera masing-masing

cara-cara:
resepi olio boleh didapati dlm post Simple Olio labels La Mia Cucina Italiana.

 

Grill Beef with Fresh Salad and Steam Broccoli & Carrots

bahan-bahan:
1 keping good quality beef for grill tak semestinya tenderloin
sedikit garam dan black pepper utk marinate
sedikit broccoli
sedikit carrot
sedikit lollo rossa lettuce and cherry tomatoes

cara-cara:
marinate daging selama 3o minutes.
grill on a hot grill pan until cooked.
let it rest then slice.
served with warm steam broccoli and carrots and fresh salad.
 

Crispy Fish Fillet with Salad

bahan-bahan:
1 keping fish fillet
1 biji telur lightly beaten
sedikit all purpose flour digaul dgn sedikit garam dan black pepper
salad mengikut selera masing-masing.

cara-cara:
panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak.
gaulkan ikan dgn tepung, kemudian celupan kedlm telur dan sekali lagi gaulkan kedlm tepung.
deep fried untill golden brown n tossed.
served with fresh salad.
