koleksi CCD Healthy Diet Meal & Salad terhasil pada tahun lepas 2012, apabila my roommate have to watch over his diet after doctor advice... my concerned was can i create something tasty, delicious n tempting to his eyes for him to enjoy the meal... inilah hasilnya...
bahan-bahan:
2 keping chicken breast pound to make it flat
sedikit ground black pepper atau crush black pepper
sedikit garam
1 sudu besar lemon juice
sedikit honey (jika suka)
2 biji tomato dipotong wadges
1 biji timun dipotong bulat
sedikit lettuce
sedikit maasdam cheese
cara-cara:
marinate chicken breast bersama black pepper, garam, lemon juice dan honey selama 30minit.
panaskan grill pan, sapukan dgn sedikit olive oil.
grill ayam selama 2 minutes each side or until golden brown.
let it rest then cut.
boleh guna dressing mengikut selera masing- masing.
