Grill Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce and Fresh Salad

koleksi Healthy Diet Meal


bahan-bahan:
1 keping salmon fillet
sedikit garam
sedikit black pepper
sedikit lemon juice
lollo rossa lettuce
cherry tomatoes

cara-cara:
marinate salmon fillet bersama garam, black pepper dan lemon juice.
panaskan frying pan dgn sedikit olive oil.
masak salmon 2minutes each side.
masukkan kedlm preheated oven selama 5minit.

bahan-bahan hollandaise sauce:
3 biji kuning telur large saiz
1 sudu kecil lemon juice
1/2 sudu kecil garam
3/4 cawan unsalted butter
sedikit cayenne pepper (jika suka)
sedikit ground black pepper

cara-cara:
panaskan butter over low heat.
biarkan seketika.
masukkan kuning telur ke dlm blender dan blend.
while blender is running, slowly pour the melted butter.
perasakan dgn garam, lemon juice, cayenne pepper dan black pepper.
blend hingga adunan sebati.
jika sauce terlalu pekat boleh tambahkan sdikit air.
serve warm.
